Smoking is one of the hardest addictions to overcome. Typically, people have smoked, often in public or at parties for many years. As well, there are certain “rituals” such as the pulling out of the pack, lighting it, taking a longer inhalation in the beginning, etc. that are hard to give up.
It responds very well to hypnosis, as most people know, however someone has to want to give it up rather than stop because someone else told them to.
In addition to the hypnosis, there are a number of other instructions I give to make it easier.
