There are many reasons we develop performance anxiety and by performance anxiety we think of sports yet (public speaking, test taking, interviewing, etc.) are just a few others. Athletes such as Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan (the entire Bulls’ team used hypnosis) and Mary Lou Retton (Olympic Gold Medalist in Gymnastics) have all used hypnosis with great success. There are many techniques I use to address these anxieties depending to some extent on the area of performance.
